1. Booking and Payment:
- The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied towards the total hire fee.
- The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.
- Payment methods accepted, cash on delivery or credit cards and bank transfers 2 days before the hire commences
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 28 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in the full hire fee being charged.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure), a full or partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the rental company.
3. Equipment Usage:
- The bouncy castle is for indoor use only, and it should not be set up outdoors.
- The hirer is responsible for providing a suitable indoor venue with adequate space and access for the bouncy castle.
- A responsible adult should operate the bouncy castle at all times.
4. Safety:
- The hirer is responsible for the safety of all participants and should ensure that the maximum weight and height capacity is not exceeded.
- No shoes, sharp objects, party poppers, or items that may cause damage to the bouncy castle are allowed inside.
5. Damages and Cleaning:
- The hirer is responsible for any damages to the bouncy castle during the hire period.
- A cleaning fee of £45.00 may be charged if the bouncy castle is returned in an excessively dirty condition.
6. Liability:
- The rental company is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the use of the bouncy castle.
- The hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required for the event.
7. Setup and Collection:
- The rental company will handle the setup and collection of the bouncy castle at agreed-upon times.
- The hirer should ensure that the venue is accessible during these times.
8. Insurance:
- The rental company may require the hirer to provide proof of liability insurance for the duration of the hire period.
9. Governing Law:
- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Agreement Acceptance:
- The hirer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
