Weather & garden size wasn't on our side for my little mans 1st birthday. But neither of those stopped us having fun. Coast2Coast delivered us the inflatable ball pit package, with toys, soft play etc. All cleaned very very thoroughly! Staff took shoes on and off within my home & was very cautious with my lightly coloured carpet which let's be fair..most work men refuse to even remove shoes! My front room is roughly 12x13ft so not an awful lot of room to play with however the children had so much fun & the customer service was quite literally second to none. I will never use another castle company moving forward! I cannot thank you enough, very impressive!

My wife ordered soft play and a ball pool from this company and they was great from the very first phone call. It was very easy to book on the website and on the day farther and son delivered to us making sure all the equipment was very clean this was very reassuring especially with everything going on at the moment.
