Deposit and Balance Refund Policy:

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to prepare for your upcoming party/event. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, irrespective of any changes or cancellations.

Any remaining credit from your payment, after deducting the non-refundable deposit, will be promptly processed and reimbursed within 30 days. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and efficient refund process.
