Bouncy Castle Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our bouncy castle rental service. We strive to provide a fun experience for our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your booking. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit covers administrative costs, preparation, and ensures that the bouncy castle is reserved exclusively for you on the specified date.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellation before 14 days of the event:

If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before the event date, we will refund the total amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

b. Cancellation within 14 days of the event:

If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the event date, the non-refundable deposit will not be refunded. However, we will refund 50% of the remaining balance paid.

c. Cancellation on the day of the event:

If you cancel your booking on the day of the event, no refund will be provided. The full amount paid, including the non-refundable deposit, will be retained.

3. Rescheduling:

a. Rescheduling before 14 days of the event:

If you wish to reschedule your booking at least 14 days prior to the event date, we will accommodate the change without any additional charges, subject to availability.

b. Rescheduling within 14 days of the event:

If you wish to reschedule your booking within 14 days of the event date, an additional fee may be applicable, and the non-refundable deposit will be retained.

4. Inclement Weather:

In the case of inclement weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, or strong winds) that may pose a safety risk, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule without any additional charges or provide a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

5. Damages and Cleaning:

a. Damages:

If any damages occur to the bouncy castle during your rental period due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow our safety guidelines, you may be held responsible for the repair or replacement costs.

b. Cleaning:

We expect the bouncy castle to be returned in a reasonably clean condition. If excessive cleaning is required upon return, additional cleaning charges may be payable.

6. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation or rescheduling. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used during the booking.
